3. Fee Policy

3.1 Free Trial

We offer a 100% FREE trial with no obligations. You can continue with our services after the trial or discontinue if it does not meet your needs.

3.2 Payment of Fees

• Monthly Subscription: Fees are charged on a monthly basis. The first month’s fee is due after the free trial, and it must be paid before regular classes begin.

• Non-refundable Fees: Once the month begins, the fee is non-refundable, even if the student decides to discontinue mid-month.

• Advance Payment: The fee is collected in advance for each month and covers a fixed 4-week cycle, which is not extendable.

3.3 Missed Classes and Make-up Sessions

• If a student misses a class without prior notice, no make-up session will be scheduled, and the fee for that class will still apply.

• If the tutor misses a class, they will arrange a make-up session within the same month, at a mutually convenient time.

• The aim is to limit missed classes and ensure continuity in the student’s learning schedule.

3.4 Rescheduling Classes

• Classes can be rescheduled in case of emergencies, such as illness. To reschedule, inform us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.

• Classes must be rescheduled within the same month. They cannot be carried over to the next month.

• We limit rescheduling to once or twice a month to maintain consistency in learning.

3.5 Crediting Missed Sessions

If a month’s sessions are not completed due to unforeseen circumstances, and rescheduling is not possible, the missed sessions will be credited toward the next month’s tuition fee.

3.6 Holding Classes and Transferring Fees

If a student needs to take a break from classes, the paid fee can be carried over to the next month, provided prior notice is given.

3.7 Teacher and Time Slot Reservation

To reserve the same teacher and time slot for a future month, a 50% deposit of the tuition fee for that period is required in advance.

3.8 Late Payment

Classes may be suspended if fees are not paid within the due dates. Continued suspension may lead to cancellation of services.

3.9 Family Package

In case of any family members dropping out from a family package, the fee for the remaining students will be adjusted accordingly.

3.10 Annual Fee Increase

A 5% fee increase may be applied annually.

3.11 Cancellation Policy

To stop classes, you must provide at least 1 month’s notice before your intended departure. Please also provide the reason for discontinuation.

3.12 Eid Holidays

Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha are considered paid leave for tutors. No discount, refund, or make-up classes will be provided for these holidays.

3.13 Aim of Fee Policy

We strive to maintain affordability while ensuring the sustainability of our services. The fees cover the costs of:

• Teacher’s time and personalized support.

• Administrative support, office rent, website hosting, and other necessary resources.
